GS-Company can manufacturer compostable bottles for you, provide you with special PLA resin for blowing bottles or make preforms for your project. We offer a variety of PLA bottles and preforms, suitable for water, milk, juices, and cosmetic products. In addition, we closely collaborate with suppliers of PLA jars for cosmetic products such as pills and tablets.

Mechanical recycling

Mechanical recycling is the processing of our PLA bottles in which the chemical bonds of the plastics are not broken down. The waste is ground mechanically and melted by an extruder 

Chemical Recycle:

With chemical recycling, the chemical structure of our plant-based bottles is changed and broken down into the original building blocks (polylactic acid) that make up the PLA. With this polylactic acid new PLA can be made.

Incinerator

The plant-based bottles can also be collected for sending them to the incinerator our PLA bottles will burn without toxic outcome. Pressed in blocks our bottles will give the same energy value as hard wood. 

Industrial composting

Our plant-based bottles of water can also be easily composted in industrial composter factories.
“compostable” means; material that is certified according to European standards EN 13432 (packaging) and EN 14995 (products) and is composted in industrial composting installations. 

3D printing feedstock

Our PLA bottles are made from the same material as high end 3D filament. It is possible to regrind the used bottles into granulate and put it in 3D resin printers or make R-PLA 3D filament from the shred used PLA bottles.

We use bioplastics

Bioplastics are an essential part of the bioeconomy and a fast-growing, innovative industry that has the potential to decouple economic growth from resource depletion and environmental impact. Bioplastics are a diverse family of materials with differing properties. There are three main groups: 

PLA is the bio-plastic that we use for our plant-based bottles, caps, and labels. PLA is one of the bioplastics that has the highest volume of production and is the most widespread bio-plastic in the industry. Our PLA bottles are made from sugarcane and are NON-GMO.
The much newer bio-plastic PHA is at the moment researched and tested within our company to become a candidate for making preforms and bottles.
