Our plant-based bottles and other products

We represent a USA based company that manufactures plant-based bottles, caps, and labels. The plant-based compostable bottle is made out of Polylactic acid (PLA), a 100% biodegradable and recyclable material made out of NON-GMO plants (no genetically modified plants are used). No petroleum resources are needed for our products. 

We believe in leaving future generations a healthier planet where consumer product packaging has a softer environmental impact, generates less waste, and is both compostable and sustainable.
Petroleum-based, single-use plastics, such as bottles, caps, straws, and food utensils, clog landfills and contaminate our landscapes and watersheds. We are dedicated to reducing the usage of petroleum-based single-use plastics. We utilize only non-GMO, plant-based PLA, and PHA resins for manufacturing our unique biodegradable container products. We distribute our plant-based bottles only within “closed-loop” venues, whereby used plant-based bottles are collected on-site and undergo proper end-of-life processing.

Our end of life solutions for our plant-based bottles.

We distribute our plant-based bottles of water only within “closed-loop” venues, whereby used containers are collected on-site and undergo proper end-of-life processing. Our goal is to get 90% of the PLA bottles back after use, 90% of the time. Collecting the bottles and send them to the right end of life option. 

Mechanical recycling

Mechanical recycling is the processing of our PLA bottles in which the chemical bonds of the plastics are not broken down. The waste is ground mechanically and melted by an extruder 

Chemical Recycle:

With chemical recycling, the chemical structure of our plant-based bottles is changed and broken down into the original building blocks (polylactic acid) that make up the PLA. With this polylactic acid new PLA can be made.

Incinerator

The plant-based bottles can also be collected for sending them to the incinerator our PLA bottles will burn without toxic outcome. Pressed in blocks our bottles will give the same energy value as hard wood. 

Industrial composting

Our plant-based bottles of water can also be easily composted in industrial composter factories.
“compostable” means; material that is certified according to European standards EN 13432 (packaging) and EN 14995 (products) and is composted in industrial composting installations. 

Bottle Model Digester

The on side composting machine is a patented commercial biodigester that decomposes our compostable bottles and all food waste within 24 – 48 hours.

We use bioplastics

Bioplastics are an essential part of the bioeconomy and a fast-growing, innovative industry that has the potential to decouple economic growth from resource depletion and environmental impact. Bioplastics are a diverse family of materials with differing properties. There are three main groups: 

PLA is the bio-plastic that we use for our plant-based bottles, caps, and labels. PLA is one of the bioplastics that has the highest volume of production and is the most widespread bio-plastic in the industry. Our PLA bottles are made from sugarcane and are NON-GMO.
The much newer bio-plastic PHA is at the moment researched and tested within our company to become a candidate for making preforms and bottles.
